I use my racing adventures in exotic places such as the Sahara, Turkey, Chile and the Grand Canyon as an exciting and engaging backdrop for my audiences, while sharing the best practices on happiness from the field of positive psychology and human flourishing.

My talks help inspire people to take up their own hero's journey towards their best self and their best life, all the while showing clearly, practically and systematically how we can overcome depression, anxiety, burn-out, isolation, conflict, and even grief through scientifically validated practices.

HAPPINESS COACHING

 

I offer a series of educational, interactive and immersive workshops that help people build the habits of happiness as based on neuroscience and the science of positive psychology.

Workshops are co-created with each group to focus in on the happiness habits that will best close the performance and well-being gap. 

 

Interventions can be delivered online or face-to-face.
